Castaways Yellow

The Castaways Yellow deliver all the musical versatility of the Castaways Jingle — without the jingles.

A pair of yellow plastic castanets is mounted on a lightweight EVA foam ball, positioned closer to the grip area for maximum playing control. A bundle of polyrods runs through the assembly, with two rods on opposing sides each fitted with a movable nylon sleeve. Slide the sleeves into position when you need more cymbal definition, or move them out of the way when you don’t — total control over your sound in real time.

Castanets facing up delivers precise quarter and eighth note figures with crisp, defined articulation. Flip them downward and those same figures transform into flowing 16th notes — a completely different voice from the same stick. Clean, focused, and endlessly musical across virtually any genre.
